Hillary: 'It's Now Or Never'

Elvis had it right for Hillary Clinton in Pennsylvania this Tuesday: "It's now or never".

If she does not win by double digits in the last of the big primaries, Hills must decide whether to walk away or continue the battle and see her Democratic Party and its nominee crumble.

Although the latest "movement of the goal post" now has the Clinton campaign claiming that a four or five point win would be a "great victory for her" even though she had a 20 point lead a little over a month ago.

All of this is good news for John McCain who is sitting back and watching the two Democrats do his dirty work for him.

McCain is purring and grinning like the "Cheshire Cat" as Obama and Clinton claw each other's eyes out.

Johnnie-Boy is getting a free ride while Barry and Hills - aka "Tracy Flick" - cover the Keystone state in a desperate attempt to sway those last minute, undecided voters that they have what it takes to become ruler of the "Free World".

Quite a thought for the average citizen from Allentown, Scranton or Philadelphia to ponder especially in a time of global terror alerts, shared international financial crisis and job anxiety.

They might ask: where are our great leaders?

Where is this generation's Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt or Ronald Reagan?

As we approach the eleventh hour, the questions become more pointed:

Is Obama mature enough to lead our nation?

Can Hillary Clinton be trusted?

You bet Jon. Hillary Clinton will still be standing when the bell rings. She has guts and determination and all the right ingredients to get America back to what is was. I am still gobsmacked at some of the comments made by bloggers about her husband Bill. They clearly dont know their politics then as America was flourishing in the years that Bill was leading. You go Hillary??????

Dear America
Welcome to the world where many a slipped tongue causes undue concerns, but you see, you just can't get the staff these days. Insofar as my sniping moments, not only was it the stress and strains of turbulant landings but you see as old age creeps alongs, one tends to loose the moral compass thus the reason for my ealry day retraction.
I have sincew listend to [Nelly Furtado] and promise to [Say It Right]so that I cna give you the very best in free healthcare, social taxes and above all make America the pride of the world.
God Bless America,Sir!

If the US chooses Clinton to run for president - then they must be mad!

Who wants the Clintons back? More of the same?

For me, Hilary is nothing more than a obsessed, ruthless and ultimately more of the same candidate.

Obama is easily the best bet - but will colour cloud the minds of the electorate? You bet!

For a country that prides itself in being so good, smart and God fearing, it's amazing they can be so intransigent and short-sighted.

They do say look to the past for a great leader.
America has had some great leaders, will America look back if they get Obama and say that he was a great leader. I am not visualising that at present, but America will get what America wants.
Hillary is hanging on by her fingernails until the last dog dies...good for her!

Important questions are asked here, is Barack Obama mature enough to lead? - it always takes me back to the UK 1997 Election when someone around the same age and experience Tony Blair first stood as UK Prime Minister, like Barack Obama he offered Change and for me Barack Obama has bene even more inspirational.

Then we ask can Hillary be trusted? it concerns me that she got her campaign off to such a good start, but she just could not cope once she started to lose primary after primary to Obama, then the wheels seemed to really come off her campaign. The personal attacks then commenced and the lies and serious embellishments of truth. Again we can look at Tony Blair a few years back, older and with experience, but one he lied and lost trust that was the end, you never regain it again.

In Pennsylvania Hillary was in the state early and soon built up a 20 plus lead, but then as Obama started to campaign that lead soon started to reduce, over the past week it has been between 4 and 7 points except for one wild poll of 20 points. How much influence are the 200,000 plus not voters registered going to play an
important part in the decision. What the margin of success is going to be tomorrow evening is so important, the Voters of Pennsylvania can make what is such a most important choice!

The latest leak from Clinton campaign HQ is that private polling is Hillary has a 11 point lead? - will that be the final result? and allow Clinton to keep "limping" along.
